Both parties should work together and find solutions to give following remedies, Attractive daily wages To upgrade their livelihood Opportunity for quality education for their children High standard medical facilities Good infrastructure facilities

Tea is the one of main export beverage and Sri lankan tea is in a high demanding beverage in the world.I personally like this culture because of I grew up in these kind of environment and this discussion is effective to obtain solution for labour issue of this industry.
