Labourers are plays a vital role in the plantation industry and very sensitive issue since there are  human intervention. Hence we should handle this scenario very carefully. Either government or tea factory owners can't solve this problem stand alone. Both parties should work together and find solutions to give following remedies,

  • Attractive daily wages
  • To upgrade their livelihood
  • Opportunity for quality education for their children
  • High standard medical facilities
  • Good infrastructure facilities
